Zoo WV is set to redefine the zoo experience in Charleston, West Virginia. It seeks to connect animals both native and from around the world with West Virginians. Our goal is to be a zoo that serves all of West Virginia as well as visitors to West Virginia.

Serengeti Reserve Hotel

Serengeti Reserve Hotel features stunning savanna views, designed to enhance your experience with nature. Wake up to views of animals right outside your room as well as dine overlooking our savanna. Giant Pandas

Zoo WV is looking to bring giant pandas to West Virginia for the first time. As China is a major trade partner with West Virginia, bringing Giant Pandas to the state would effectively underscore this significant relationship.

Saving West Virginia's Endangered Species

West Virginia is home to four species of endangered bats. West Virginia is home to over 4,200 caves where these bats call home. Zoo WV is committed to helping save these animals from extinction.

Zoo WV is committed to bringing over 600 jobs to the region and supporting local initiatives in Charleston. Zoo WV is dedicated to enriching the lives of all West Virginians by providing an affordable, accessible option for families.
